Nothing extra - just what I needed (at a reasonable price)
"Unlike most of the other reviewers here, I am not "on a stretching journey. " I'm just trying to keep my very ordinary earlobe piercings from tightening up, making it hard to put on earrings without irritating the holes and causing lumps. So I didn't need a whole set of graduated plugs or tapers, and I certainly didn't want to force a 14G plug into my ear. This simple 16G taper and barbell set was exactly what I needed. I've been wearing the 16G tunnels at night to keep the holes open, and now my fashion earrings slide in with no strain or pain."

"Came on time in a black bubble envelope about the size of a birthday card. Opened it. Had my receipt, a sizing card (extremely helpful), 2 business cards and the actual kit. The kit was sealed in a tiny zip lock bag with a seal you have to break and size printed on the outside. Love the look. High quality, affordable jewelry. But the youtube page is what got me here. Check that out."
