"I am giving 3 stars instead of 1 because this is my first time using plugs that screw on and I am not 100% sure if mine are defective or if it’s just me. These earrings are beautiful and look very similar to the photos, but I had trouble screwing these on and off. Sometimes I had to push both ends and make it “pop” in line with the part that screws. One of the earrings couldn’t be unscrewed and got stuck in my ear for a couple days. This resulted in me being unable to properly clean my ear. Between not being able to clean my ears and the force of me constantly trying to unscrew the plugs, my ear became infected and raw. Again, these earrings are extremely beautiful, but I will not be buying gauges with a screws again. I’ve loved everything else I’ve ever bought from this site."
