"I had the UBJ 20g bone in before I put this in, made it hard to get into one of my nostrils for sure and had to use a different 20g stick to pre-stretch the nostril hole. Once both sides were in, they were very sturdy and comfortable. The screw ends don't poke out of my nose like metallic boogers and sit nicely in my nose. The screw (for my nose) needed to be straightened out a little bit with pliers to get it in easier, but the screw didn't bend much, it was very strong! The CZ is super pretty and a great size, it's not too tiny and has great sparkle from all sides. I'm extremely pleased and will be looking at their other nose screws for different colors since this worked out so nicely. It's also a perfect everyday jewelry!"
