"Thank you UBJ team! No issues with shipping and packaging was acceptable. When you screw in the ends they do line up, if you do it correctly. If you apply more force when screwing the ends back in - you will break them, but TBH you should'nt have to. My nips are loving the internally threaded 14 GAUGE, 1/2" barbell, 5mm ends . I wish they came in 4mm ends though."

Q&A
- All the titanium bars I want to order are in pairs (like this one) but I need 2 different sizes (lengths). Is it possible to order mismatched pairs or do we need to place 2 orders in 2 different sizes? Thank you!
- If it says "Nipple" in the title, then no- we cannot break up the pairs. Sorry to disappoint!
- It’s really hard to tell which end unscrews? Any tips?
- Kayla, If you hold both gems and twist them both counterclockwise, the side that unscrews should come loose. They can be pretty snug, but should break loose with a little persistence :)
