"They helped me eliminate piercing bumps in both of my nostril piercings. As someone with sensitivities, this was a struggle for me throughout the healing process. My only gripe is that they can be difficult to insert for the uninitiated. My tip, place the disk/stud over your piercing and rotate it in place like a wheel so that enters easily."
