"Ring arrived crooked and had LOTS of trouble trying to open up the hinged opening. I was finally able to bend it in a way that it popped open but now its super hard to open again, its going to be an issue having to remove it every day for work. Very disappointing. Other than that, ive re-ordered many of these hoops and loved them, hate this one."
