Helped heal my conch

"This jewelry was perfect for me! The back was little small, but it still fit great. I used the wrong material for my newer conch piercing a while ago and it caused my piercing to flare up and become irritated (thankfully it wasn't infected). I had been looking for inexpensive but safe jewelry to replace my hoop with and help my conch heal/flare up go down and this one really cleared up the issue FAST. I was so surprised that it wasn't that I wasn't cleaning it well/enough, it was just the material I had in. Definitely recommend for long term and for newer piercings (after you are allowed to switch). Will definitely be buying from them again! Thank you for helping my ear heal!"

Need pliers to make sure the balls don't fall off

"I received my order August 4, the first few days I was ecstatic about the quality and the fact that my ears were not being irritated by the jewelry. Then one of the balls came off, I was frustrated, but I assumed I hadn't tightened it all the way, so I put it back on, tightened it with a tissue (for extra grip) and went about my day. Hours later the whole earring is gone, still assuming it was a fluke, I just put an old earring in. Another few days later, I lose another ball, I find it and tighten it as much as I could, but I lost that one too. I'm starting to think that this might be an issue with the earrings. Then a third ball fell off and at this point I'm really frustrated, so I tightened that one and the remaining earring with pliers. So 3 out of 4 earrings have either fallen out or have gotten lost. I'm very disappointed, but hopefully this review is taken into consideration and the design is improved."
