Love the look, but...
"...my septum is too high up and the curve of the tusk isn't enough to miss my nostrils, so I got sores on the edge of my nostrils just wearing it one day. If your septum is lower in the nose, I would say this would be a great purchase, but otherwise they don't have tusks with enough curve in them. 😌"
