This Tamarind Wood Septum Tusk is hand carved and polished to specific sizes. Available in 16G, 14G, 12G, 10G, 8G, 6G, 4G, 2G, 1G, 0G, 9mm, and 00G, each septum tusk ranges in length. For 14G to 8G, the tusk is 40mm (1 & 9/16") long, while 6G to 4G is 45mm (1 & 3/4") and 2G to 00G measures at 60mm (2 & 3/8"). Sold individually (1pc).

"The diameter of the jewellery was slightly larger than the diameter of my septum piercing, so when I first inserted it, my nose became irritated, inflamed, and started hurting. It’s been like this for about 24 hours so far, and I am unable to remove the jewellery. I am sure it is not an infection, since I have had the piercing for more than half a year, and I rubbed the jewellery with an antiseptic gel before inserting it. I will just wait for the swelling to disappear, and then assess. I think this is called ‘stretching a piercing’, and I was definitely not prepared for the pain."
