"Post to long-at 10mm (5/6mm best for my nose) other than that- it’s beautifully made. I contacted customer service- they told me to return the one for a refund, and to return other for a store credit. I just sent the unopened one back."

"Love the color! The piece is the perfect size for my tiny nose, The gauge is perfect, the length is a little longer than my other 6mm, just by a tiny bit, it hits the other side of my nose. Im not sure what I can do to fix this, if anything. I am still wearing it, just keep turning it so its not poking. I love it, it is super cute and works nicely with my tiny nose and little face."
