"I used two for my double nostril piercings and they are almost imperceptible from a distance of 1 meter. You really have to pay attention to notice them. I bought the 18G, 1/4" length. They don't drop at all. Keep in mind to turn the "heart's tail" up to the nose canal so you don't have it hanging down."
"I can get part of it in, but not enough in the other side to pull it the rest of the way through"
"I turned my nose up at these so many times thinking "How is a heart shaped retainer effective at hiding a piercing? " ...and then I actually read how they work. I ordered two of the 16g 3/8s for my snakebites and I love them. No more dropping pieces and they're discrete enough for working in a hospital. I should have bought them a long time ago."
"These piercings are the bomb especially if you have a job that dosnt allow them they are perfect get these instead of the ones that you just squeeze the top on"
"I've tried several times now and still can't get it in my nose all the way, the little piece is too flimsy."
