Dangling 14kt gold top piece that has a ribcage design with an accented garnet gem in the shape of a heart. Attached is a dangling chain with a 14kt gold anatomical heart shape design at the bottom. Fits all threadless posts. Made from 14kt nickel-free gold with a 316L stainless steel pin. Top size: 30mm x 9mm (including dangle chain length). Pin size is 25G. Pin length is approximately 5mm.
