"The clicker was very pretty, packaged nicely upon receiving it. The cz’s appeared high quality and sparkled when wearing. But I bought the clicker in August and it broke in December. I was trying to close it and I’m not sure what happened but it just wouldn’t click and hasn’t since. No exchange four obvious reasons but also no warranty. It’s disappointing to spend so much on a piece of real gold jewelry and get so little use out of it. There should be a warranty in place for gold items so I can at least have a credit to purchase something new. Makes me hesitant to purchase future pieces."

"So, at first I was sent the wrong size but customer service got back to me very quickly to get things resolved. However, with this being white gold and one of the more expensive items on the site I had a higher expectation then some of my other jewelry I’ve gotten here and it did not meet those expectations. I bought this clicker for my septum and the clicker itself isn’t very strong. If I’m not careful wiping or blowing my nose it comes off very easy… Even just washing my face in the shower it fell out and almost went down the drain. (Which is not something you want after spending $$ on just body jewelry.)"

"I got this piece during the 25% off sale so it was definitely worth the price. My only complaint is I bought a 16g 10mm for my septum and it's soooooo tiny. I was expecting something a little bigger but I paid about $55 for it and to me that's still a good deal. Would I pay $70? No but when they go on sale again you bet I will buy more!"
