"The threads on this internally threaded labret is way too short. I originally ordered 2. One arrived damaged (thread wouldn't catch just kept turning and turning). EBJ once contacted gave me the option of replacing it or a store credit. Now, I wore the second one for less than a week and it is gone, vanished, missing, disappeared!"
