Lovely top piece that has a centered, bezel-set, clear cz gem and two crescent moon shapes on either side. Made from 24kt gold pvd on ASTM F-136 titanium with a 25G pin. Measures at approximately 6.7mm x 3.6mm. Sold individually (1 piece - top only).
