"It did not fit in my belly button the way it was pictured, and I was told the only way I could return it was if it was unopened. Could be better customer service because how am i supposed to know it looks bad once in? Did not know that. I'll chalk it up as a loss because I would've paid to return it also, not worth it, but just beware of the cute ass floating belly button ring that looks good online but likely not in person."
