"I’d love to be able to review this item but we never received it. Notified customer service and they offered to replace it for free, which would be great if that one ever showed up either. It’s been 5 weeks since the original order was placed. And the tracking they offer through the Shop app is useless. It says both items were delivered already, while USPS Informed Delivery says neither one was delivered. Terrible experience and I will not be shopping here again."
