Dark titanium labret that features a bezel set 2.5mm black aurora cz gem that has a 4mm heart dangling from it. The black pvd on ASTM F-136 titanium labret is threadless for easy installation and comes in either 18G or 16G with a 5/16" (8mm) length. The flat disk back measures 4mm.
