"There were little cuts and scrapes in it I couldn't even get it in my nose I opened it so I wasn't able to return it but it was absolutely brutal to even try to put in and it cut my nose up even started bleeding everywhere so yep not going to get another septum ring from you guys probably in the future and it was way too small."
