"Would not recommend, first one of the gems came loose and had to be placed back in (I should’ve returned it instead of fixing it) because a prong was not fully tightened down. This is one of the most uncomfortable pieces of jewelry I’ve owned. It is sharp and digs in and constantly rotates. Save your money and the pain"
