"Bought the 8mm for my septum and it fits great. Had trouble bending the ring but that was expected (a pair of jewelry pliers makes it easier). It did take a long time to get it in but i don't plan on changing it for a while. Might want your piercer to change it for you instead. I get compliments on it all the time. Only other downside is boogers getting caught on the jewels."
