The ball size is 5mm with a 3mm clear cz gem in the very middle. The first gem is rounded and measures about 7mm. This is then followed by two heart shaped clear cz gems. The larger heart Gem measures about 5mm. The smaller heart measures about 4mm. The total dangle design measures 24mm x 7mm. The wearable area is 3/8" (10mm). Recommended for healed piercings.
