It is externally threaded, which is intended for healed piercings. It has a wearable area of 3/8" (10mm). It is topped with a 5mm ball that contains a 3mm clear cz gem. The wings on the butterfly are made of bright clear cz gems, which help enhance the look. The butterfly measures about 8mm x 10mm. The flower at the end of the dangle measures 4mm x 5mm.
