"I got 2 of these to put in different piercings and both of them fell off during the course of the day and were lost completely. The pinwheel design is super cute but it also makes these unscrew so easily, which I had anticipated as a possible issue but I figured they wouldn’t sell an end that can’t stay threaded to its post…. i was incorrect"
