Cute crescent moon that sits on top of a 6mm screw style bottom. Great threadless piece that is interchangeable! The crescent moon top can be removed and changed out for a different top so you don't have to buy a whole new piece. Top size is about 4mm. Choose your gauge between 20G and 18G. It is made out of ASTM F-136 Titanium and it is a great material for anyone with metal sensitivities. Sold individually (1 pc).

"I've been wearing a tiny threadless labret in my nostril much of the time, which is surprisingly difficult since you have to get the tiny metal bit up into the nose and through the piercing (a process often requiring a flashlight, a mirror, and tweezers). With this screw, I can use all of my threadless ends without having to cram my hand and an entire toolbox up my nose every time I want to switch it up. The moon end is also really cute and the post is pre-bent and inserted so I didn't have to do it myself."
