Small but good quality

"The L bend is really small so I was concerned that it would fall off easily but it hasn't come out once in the week I've been wearing it. It has gotten caught on my pillow and towel and even then it wasn't pulled out. It is pretty hard to tell the stud is heart because of the prongs that hold the stud in place. These prongs are also what get caught to things. However, it is a decent size stud so it easier to tell I have a nose ring compared to the general stud I got at the piercing shop. It is also really comfortable to wear."

Cute but not permanent

"I've always wanted a diamond heart nose stud so when I saw this I added it to my cart immediately. The jewelry itself is super nice and while from a distance you can't tell it's a heart it is still cute. If you have a smaller nose it does look a little big but it wasn't too much of a problem. I wore it for about 8-9 hours until I had it fall out of my nose twice even though I thought it was pretty secure. Because of this I think it's more the type of jewelry to wear for the day not something you can sleep in just because it might fall out. Other than it falling out it was really comfortable to wear. It's a good piece to my ever growing collection."
