"I ordered size 5/8 with 4mm balls and I received a 5/8 with 3mm balls. And because I opened it before reading the return policy, I can’t return it for a refund. Mind you, size 5/8 3mm balls isn’t even an option to select. How I ended up with 3mm balls is beyond my comprehension."

Other than that it's good quality,came in a timely manner,and I really love that they offered 4mm balls! Perfect size for my liking. P.s. I've ordered ALOT of jewelry from UBJ, and this piece is the first,out of literally dozens, that I've been a little less than stoked about.
