"I’m giving four stars because what happened is I got my package and the sealed bag said my size which is a 1 inch-25 mm but the gauges that were on the inside had to be like 10-12mm so I emailed them and sent them photos of the sealed bag and they were amazing. They said immediately they were sending out a second pair that would take about a week and saying it will be here Friday so I’m hoping that I get the right size because I have been ordering from them now for a good 2 1/2 years and they have never let me down. I have had this pair of gauges in my smaller sizes and I absolutely love them so I can’t wait for them to come in my size mistakes do happen but they were amazing on fixing the mistake. Thank you urban body jewelry I really hope that they come in the right size this time."
