It has a side-facing row of clear cz gems with a dangling chain attached that has three clear cz gem accents. This beautiful piece is made from hypoallergenic ASTM 136 titanium that has been milled in Japan. Size is 16G and you can choose your inner diameter size between 5/16" (8mm) or 7/16" (11mm).
