"I’m assuming these are more for ear piercings cause it’s pretty big on my nose, make sure you’ve gotten your jewelry changed to a smaller stud or it’ll be a little loose on it still, I had to layer 2 of them. Other than that they’re great and I hope they help!"

- Hi There, These will help on the inside of the lip, but check out our bioflex labret posts - they are made from a semisoft material that will be equally gentle on the teeth side as well. Hope this helps!
