"This piece looks really sick, but unfortunately the snake cuts into the vertical inner diameter pretty far (I got the 10mm size). If you have a tall columella like I do it will stab your skin and feel pretty uncomfortable. However, I'm looking forward to using this in my helix piercing once it's healed since it's the same size and gauge"
