"I paid extra for expedited shipping, because I have a trip I’m going and was hoping to have this piece for it. However, I paid for shopping to be here in 3-7 days. It’s well past 7 days, and now I’m short the jewelry I was hoping to have and won’t be here when it DOES arrive. I know the quality is there, buts incredibly upsetting that I paid extra in hopes it would be here in a reasonable amount of time but I’m left empty handed."
