When I got then the plugs are solid black and one is smaller than the other. I emailed customer service the same day and have not received a response. It has been a few weeks now."

- It would depend on your size for the weight- but they are very light (Typically!).
- What is the wearable width of these
- It can depend on the size (the 8-1' is different than above 1'). The smaller are 13mm in total length, the bigger 15mm.
