"Bought three wood pinchers in the largest diameter offered and they are MUCH smaller than anticipated. Difficult to put in because of the small “pinch point” and barely show past the nostrils. The quality/craftsmanship of the pieces is great but the small diameter makes them almost unusable. Pictures are a bit misleading, guess I should have paid better attention to the size listing…overall would not recommend these small wood pinchers for use in septum piercings."
