Great, but inaccurate sizes sometimes
"I ordered these at 5/8, and they looked very nice! However, one pincher was slightly bigger than the other, and it wouldn’t fit in my ear. The first time I put it on it got stuck and hurt to take off. I sent a customer service email to see what I can do about sending it back and getting a replacement. But... no response. Anyway, at this point they both fit perfectly, and they look nice. I’d give 5 stars if it weren’t for the lack of assistance in the customer service area"
