"So I really needed something that would fit my forward Helix. I had a 18g 5/16 post but as my forward Helix was starting to heal and swelling started going down that post starting being longer. I asked for a shorter post from my piercer but he said he doesn't get them that the 18g 5/16 would be the only size I can have. So I starting looking around that's when I seen this and different sizes they have which is 👍 plus for me. So I got the 18g 9/32 -7 mm and it works great. My forward Helix is still healing but it's great that my swelling is going down more so I'll invest and a 18 g 1/4 size next in this. I really love how comfortable it is that it worked with my original push in top. If your looking for something that not only looks nice but works great and don't get any bad reaction from this is for you. I had 2 forward Helixs but I didn't like how the top one was looking at all so I took it out."
