"Got the plugs they looked really pretty when I got them through the bag and I opened them first thing I noticed was they were to small and I measure them with a mm ruler I have and then I saw that one of the brass plates of that design was out slightly and they didn't make the inset hole large enough. So I contacted Urban body jewelry and they were able to refund me and I got another pair of mine style plugs The tamarind ones which are awesome they're beautiful and then I got some blue ear skins as well which are really cool and nice for work. Oh no if they were done right they would be awesome, they were so close but I got the last large size that they make at 38 mm and I measured it at 34 - 35 mm. So I would knock em for that one really we have have slip ups. It just nice to know that the customer service is quality, kind and understanding. Kind of rare any more. Plus the professionalism of the company itself really just made this whole situation easier."
Beautiful and comfortable
"Beautiful, light, and very comfortable. I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars only because in 1&1/8 (33mm) the brass face is heavier than the rear which makes these lean down in the front. I still wear these but need to add a small weight to the back for counter balance."
