A sweet triple heart design, with the two outside hearts being clear CZ gems. This threadless labret comes in either 20G or 18G, both have a 1/4" (6mm) wearable length. The 8mm by 3mm top would look best on various ear lobe or cartilage piercings, but you can use it wherever your heart desires!
