Is this a dagger which I see before me? Dangling from a peculiar cone-shaped top, it measures about 4.5mm x 11mm. Made from ASTM F-136 titanium, this internally threaded labret is tough but still reflects light like nobody's business. Comes in size 16 gauge with inner length options of 1/4" (6mm) and 5/16" (8mm). Sold Individually.
