Warped

"These came warped, either from mailing pressure or because they were messed up to begin with. One is an oval shape and the other is literally twisted and bent so much that it won't stay in my ear. Really disappointed with these as my reshaping efforts have yet to work. Will not be buying anything from UBJ for awhile after this experience."
