"I ordered this in 2g for my septum. I own a pretty substantial pair of ring openers and it took two people with both hands on the pliers to get the bead out. I don't know if it was defective or what but there's no way it was going to go back in with it in my face. I was able to get a refund on it though. UBJ staff were super helpful! All things considered it feels well made I think i just got a bad one."
